RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with tags (if applicable) and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Contact us at help@creamycuts.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm the return address:
San Fernando 130, Miraflores, Lima, Perú.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damages, defects, or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at help@creamycuts.shop within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, the fastest way is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the replacement item (subject to availability).
Non-returnable items
Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where prohibited by law or if the item is defective/incorrect.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn/unwashed, with tags (if applicable), in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider and can take additional business days to appear after the refund is issued.
