WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Some destinations may be temporarily restricted by carriers or local import rules. If we can’t ship to your address, checkout will show shipping as unavailable.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–6 business days (Mon–Fri). During launches or high volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options & delivery estimates (after dispatch)

  • Worldwide Standard: 5–15 business days

  • Worldwide Express: shown at checkout when available
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, peak seasons, weather, and carrier capacity.

Tracking
Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country.

  • When possible, duties/taxes may be collected at checkout to reduce surprise fees.

  • If not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any fees charged by customs upon delivery.

Required info for smooth delivery
Please provide a valid email and phone number at checkout to avoid delivery delays in certain regions.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship at the customer’s cost.

Lost / damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll investigate and resolve it (replacement / store credit / refund depending on the case).
